1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account Registration Data: Name and email address. This Platform uses magic code authentication — no password is required or stored. Authentication providers: this Platform currently uses magic code email authentication only. Social login providers such as Google and Apple may be supported in a future release.
1.2 Profile Information: Optional information you provide, including phone number, mailing address, company name, and job title. This information is used to personalize your experience and, where opted in, to send notifications.
1.3 Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Platform, including pages viewed, modules completed, time spent, and feature usage. This data helps us improve the Platform.
1.4 Payment Information: Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full credit card number or payment details. We retain only the Stripe customer ID and subscription status necessary for account management.
2. How We Use Your Information
To provide, maintain, and improve the Platform and its features.
To send transactional communications (account confirmation, billing receipts, subscription changes, security alerts). These communications cannot be disabled as they are required for account management.
To send marketing and educational communications where you have opted in. You may opt out at any time in your notification preferences.
To process payments and manage subscriptions through Stripe.
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We share data only with service providers who help us operate the Platform (e.g., Stripe for payments, Resend for email delivery). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
We may disclose data when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
4. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services.
Upon account deletion, your personal data is anonymized within 24 hours. Anonymized records are retained for 90 days for fraud prevention and legal compliance, then permanently purged.
Billing records may be retained for up to 7 years to comply with financial regulations.
5. Your Rights
Access: You may request a copy of your personal data at any time.
Correction: You may update your profile information at any time in your account settings.
Deletion: You may delete your account from the profile page. See our account deletion policy for details.

Opt-out: You may opt out of marketing communications in your notification preferences. Transactional emails cannot be disabled.
